Job Description

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote products and achieve sales
• Generate leads and convert them into regular customers
• Explain product features, quality, and benefits to customers effectively
• Support marketing activities, offers, and promotional campaigns
• Take customer orders and coordinate with the team for timely delivery
• Follow up on payments and ensure smooth transaction processes
• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities
• Maintain daily sales reports and update customer records
• Assist in digital marketing activities such as content creation, posting, and basic campaign support

Qualifications & Skills

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and digital platforms
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and quick learner
• Basic skills in Excel and customer handling (preferred)
